Our Sealcoat Process
The work we do to prepare the asphalt is the most important Part of the job. We take the time to trim any grass growing along the edge of the driveway and remove any grass growing in the cracks. We blow the entire driveway off and we scrub any trouble spots with a wire brush. We prime any oil spots to prevent bleed through. When we apply the sealer we HAND BRUSH ALL RESIDENTIAL DRIVEWAYS to ensure no sealer ends up on any surfaces other than the asphalt. Hand brushing also ensures the proper amount of sealer is being applied and gets worked into the asphat rather than just sprayed on top.
